So what’s a sexy lifestyle anyway?
How does one feel sexy ? Is it just by dressing up, putting make-up on if we’re a woman and making our hair look pretty? Or is it something else?
We’ve all seen men and women dressed up in ways we would not even dare walk around our house with this kind of cloth on. Tho these men or women were perfectly comfortable and felt very sexy, - it was obvious by there attitude - we were not. We felt there was something fake about it, that there was a lie somewhere deeper.
Same goes for make-up or even perfume.
There is already a part of the answer in the question “How does one feel sexy ?”. I believe a sexy lifestyle is made of a collection of little things you do, you think that make you feel sexy.
And not only for that special date or for your special someone. I mean feeling sexy all the time; when you work, when you walk, when you do your grocery, when you eat, when you talk on the phone… when feeling and being sexy becomes intuitive, spontaneous, just like breathing.
For example, eating an apple is a part of a sexy lifestyle. The action isn’t always sexy when you look at it alone, it is its long and short term benefits that are. Because when you’re healthy, you’re sexy.

what’s make me feel sexy is when i won a smile of gratitude from a lady by doing something that make her happy.
Awesome Eric! I feel tho that not enough women show gratitude with a simple smile. We tend to be “over the little things” and “better then”. Our attitude is just unacceptable.
I like to smile a lot. Almost every time I make eye contact. Men respond. Women ignore me radically.
The smile is what give a man the answer that what he is doing is touching the heart of a lady. Why most womens will ignore you?

Good question. Maybe because I’m a woman…
Very possible, or could be cultural. I found lot of womens are having this self esteem problem and when they see someone who seem happy they have this cold look at you like if they envy your freedom and they wish that if they can’t have it no one will.
Do not forget you have your sexual freedom and you full femininity and you are not afraid to be you . How many wish to have the same kind of freedom but hold themself afraid that it turn into a big sin?
